Although our agency was founded in 2005, our marketing roots go back to 1986. Our founder, Jerry Pinkas learned marketing because he had no choice. At the age of 21, he opened a furniture store on a shoe string budget with little inventory and he needed to see results fast. He eventually became very good at marketing and growing a business and started investing in real estate part time. Addicted to hard work and success, the part time job became his full time job and he move to Myrtle Beach full time to manage his properties.
Jerry never planned to use his real estate skills with the general public, but he had so many requests for his knowledge and expertise that he decided to take on a few private clients. Those clients told their friends…who told their friends about the amazing advice & service, and the business just grew.
He decided to create a different kind of real estate agency, one that was honest and only took on clients that they could help.
